BrainStorm Raises $6.4M in Series A Funding

brainstormBrainStorm, a Salt Lake City, UT-based Microsoft partner for end-user adoption and change management, raised $6.4M in Series A funding.

The round was led by Kickstart Seed Fund, with participation from Jeremy Andrus, former President and CEO at Skullcandy.

The company intends to use the funds for growth capital including sales, business development, and marketing as well as for content and software development to increase capability of its current offerings.

Founded in 1995, BrainStorm provides from small and medium businesses to organizations in the Fortune 100 with an enterprise learning, SaaS platform, QuickHelp™, which features various change management and engagement tools to guide end users to use software better.
Tools include actionable training clips hosted in the cloud, containing content complete with course lists delivered on demand, email push and in-application notifications, assigned content, event calendaring and registration, interest groups, live webinar events, and social media integration.
These features provide personalized paths for individuals, groups, and companies to embrace and use Microsoft Office 365 and other productivity tools.
