Optima Healthcare Solutions, a Palm City, Florida and Atlanta, Georgia-based SaaS therapy management company, received an investment from Alpine Investors.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
Led by newly appointed CEO Josh Pickus, Optima provides a SaaS-based therapy management software serving the post-acute care market. Its RehabOptima is used by more than 8,000 skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities and contract therapy companies.
Following the investment, Optima’s founding team – led by Steve Mackie – will maintain minority ownership and remain active in the management of the company. Mackie will serve as Chief Customer Officer; Michael Katri as Chief Product Officer; Ryan Katri as Chief Technology Officer; and Randy Wallin as Chief Security Officer and head of Optima University.
