Laku6, an Indonesia-based used phone ecommerce site, raised a seed funding round of undisclosed amount.
The round was led by Golden Gate Ventures with participation from Andy Zain and other angel investors.
The company intends to use the funds to scale operations across Indonesia.
Launched in July 2015 by Alvin Yap (CEO) and Heng Shing Kae (CTO), Laku6 analyzes seller from online marketplaces to benchmark the prices of second hand smartphones and sells them on the basis of cash-on-delivery (COD) and a 30-day guarantee.
