Irving Place Capital and New Value Capital Acquire Dynojet Research

Dynojet Research, Inc., a Las Vegas, Nevada-based manufacturer of aftermarket performance-enhancing parts and accessories as well as diagnostic equipment for the powersports industry, has been acquired by private equity firms Irving Place Capital and New Value Capital.

The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The acquisition aims to enable the company to continue to advance its technical expertise and supply innovative new products to end users.

Founded in 1972, Dynojet provides a broad range of innovative, performance products for powersport vehicles, including motorcycles, ATVs, snowmobiles and automobiles. The company’s product offering includes fuel management solutions that optimize engine performance and efficiency, diagnostic equipment and ignition products and coils.
Led by Robert Vlcek, Chief Executive Officer, Dynojet maintains a manufacturing facility in Belgrade, Montana and a sales office and warehouse in Holland. Products are sold globally through a network of distributors and dealers.
