Greenhouse Software, a San Francisco and New York City-based recruiting optimization platform for companies to source, interview and hire talent, acquired Parklet, a San Francisco-based cloud employee onboarding and experience software company.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
Earlier in 2015, the two companies had integrated their recruiting and onboarding workflow products with more than 20 high-growth companies including Pinterest, SendGrid and Sony Entertainment which have used the combined solution.

Parklet was founded in 2012 by Dane Hurtubise and Andrew Hubbs, who will now join Greenhouse as Director of Product Management and Vice President of New Initiatives, respectively. They will oversee the continued collaboration between the development teams. Investors in the company include Storm Ventures and Greylock Partners.
Founded by Daniel Chait and Jon Stross, Greenhouse currently works with Airbnb, Slack, Oscar Health, etc.
