Alphaeon Corporation, an Irvine, California-based social commerce company focused on lifestyle healthcare, completed a Series B financing round.
The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The round was led by Sailing Capital with participation from H&S Ventures LLC, Longitude Capital and Chow Tai Fook Enterprises.
The company intends to use the funds to expand operations.
Led by Chief Executive Officer Robert E. Grant, Alphaeon is a social commerce company that leverages its professional network of physician specialists to drive lifestyle healthcare advancements, and improve patient experiences and outcomes in the wellness, beauty and performance sectors.
In addition, the company also announced its plan to acquire Integrity Digital Solutions LLC, a provides EMR software for ophthalmology and optometry, for an undisclosed sum.
