Vision Radiology, a Pittsburgh, PA-based provider of teleradiology services, received a private equity investment of undisclosed amount.
Acacia Partners made the investment while Cadence Bank provided the supportive credit facility.
Formed in 2003 by Dr. Raymond Hsu, Dr. Gautam Agrawal and Catherine Baker, Vision is a teleradiology medical practice that provides remote radiology services to emergency rooms during the overnight and weekend hours on behalf of local radiologist practices.
All of Vision’s radiologists are specialty trained doctors from leading U.S. medical programs, primarily Johns Hopkins and Stanford University.
