UserZoom Technologies, a San Jose, CA-based User Experience [UX] research & testing SaaS platform, completed a $34m financing.
The round was led by TC Growth Partners with participation from co-investors Trident Capital and StepStone Group.
The company intends use the funds to support growth.
Founded in Barcelona, Spain, in 2007 by Alfonso de la Nuez, Javier Darriba and Xavier Mestres, UserZoom provides a User Experience (UX) Research Platform for the Data-Driven Enterprise. By leveraging its SaaS platform and managed services, UserZoom allows UX/CX, Product Managers and Marketing professionals to conduct thousands of concurrent usability tests of their applications, so that they can continually improve the user experience and value proposition.
Clients include Lenovo, Intel and Citigroup, which automate their usability testing, for both websites and mobile apps, through UserZoom’s platform.
The company has additional offices in Spain, the UK and Germany.
