The Green Exchange, Inc., a San Francisco, CA-based provider of legal marijuana focused online and app technologies, raised its second round of funding.
A group of unnamed private investors participated in the raise, whose amount was not disclosed.
The company intends to use the funds to complete the build out of the technology, which is now available only in California, and make it applicable to every state with a legal cannabis program, including Colorado, Washington, and Oregon.

The company expects to begin a third and final round of funding to facilitate further expansion within the next several months.
