Phenom People Raises $6M in Series A Funding

phenompeoplePhenom People, a Philadelphia, PA-based provider of a talent relationship marketing platform, raised $6m in Series A funding.

The round was led by Sierra Ventures. In conjunction with the funding, Tim Guleri, a managing director at Sierra Ventures, joined Phenom People’s board of directors along with human resources entrepreneur and innovator Rudy Karsan, the co-founder of Kenexa and Head of Karlani Capital.

The company intends to use the funds to expand its sales, marketing, and product teams and continue to innovate and expand the capabilities of its products.

Led by Mahe Bayireddi, CEO and co-founder, Phenom People provides a talent relationship marketing platform that collects and analyzes candidate data and combines it with predictive intelligence to allow candidates, recruiters and hiring manages to find matches.
The company delivers TRM to more than 70 customers including global brands like Cisco, Deloitte, Safeway, Fidelity, and Hershey’s.
