At the Norwegian Investment Forum, which celebrated the national venture’s best achievements during last year, GasSecure‘s Knut Sandven was awarded Entrepreneur of the year 2015.
The award acknowledged Sandven thanks to his contribution to the entrepreneurial ecosystem, his successful exit activity and business growth, his capacity to deliver value to shareholders, and future growth potential of the GasSecure business.
The awards was organized by The Norwegian Investment Forum in cooperation with Norwegian Venture Capital & Private Equity Association (NVCA).
GasSecure, a Norwegian company that develops, markets and sells wireless optical gas detector for demanding industrial applications, was a Viking Venture III portfolio company until its 508MNOK sale to Dräger in March 2015.
