Private equity firm Guardian Capital Partners acquired a substantial interest in Engineered Network Systems, LLC, a Burnsville, MN-based designer, manufacturer and supplier of commercial grade products for mounting, storing, charging and securing technology.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed. Guardian partnered with the executive management team and ownership group of ENS on the transaction, and the existing managers will continue operating the Company going forward.
The proceeds will be used for the continued growth of the company as well as to accelerate its product innovation capabilities.
Led by Rick Soskin, CEO, ENS provides payment terminal mounting solutions with a full range of products including flat panel mounts, payment terminal stands, cabinets, carts and workstations.
The products are marketed globally to the retail, grocery, financial, quick service restaurants, hospitality, medical and OEM markets.
