Social Touch, a Beijing, China-based mobile social marketing solution provider for enterprise, raised $60m in Series D financing.
The round was led by Legend Holdings Corporation (stock code: 3396.HK) with participation from other investors.
The company intends to use the funds to invest in marketing SaaS, big data analytics, mobile advertisement and add more talents.
Founded in 2011 and led by Zhang Rui, CEO, Social Touch provides a mobile social marketing solution for enterprise in China. Its team of more than 800 people provides a full-range of marketing related services including strategy, marketing SaaS, big data analytics and mobile advertisement management.
Clients include over 150 blue chip brands including P&G, Tencent, Airbnb, Alcon, JD, and Tencent.
