led by Josh Breinlinger, Greg Gretsch, Pete Solvik, Bob Spinner, and John Otterson, the firm invests in Series A financing rounds of software companies with a focus on cloud/SaaS, storage, security and marketplaces.
Each operation ranges $1m to $5m.
According to their new web site, they have funded 37 companies, 75% via Series A financings, with 8& of them reaching $1B in value. The portfolio currently includes Alien Vault, Contently, Docusign, Demandbase, and others while exits include DigitalFuel, Fortify, Equallogic, Responsys, etc.
