Optimal+ Raises $42M Growth Funding Round Led by KKR

optimalplusOptimal+, a Tel Aviv, Israel-based big data analytics company, received a $42m growth equity investment.

KKR, a global investment firm, made the investment alongside existing investors Carmel Ventures and Pitango Venture Capital.

The company intends to use the funds for global expansion.

Founded in 2005 by CEO Dan Glotter, Optimal+ provides a big data analytics platform for actionable insights to the semiconductor industry. Its Manufacturing Intelligence software solutions enable semiconductor and electronics companies to aggregate, organize and act upon the global manufacturing and test data generated across their internal and external supply chains to measurably improve yield, quality and productivity.
