Conztanz, a Sophia-Antipolis (considered as the French Silicon Valley)-based provider of management software for the Aviation sector, raised €2M in first funding.
Backers included A Plus Finance and Pléiade Venture.
The company intends to use the funds to finance its R&D activity and business development.
Created in July 2013 by Bertrand Kientz (CEO), Jean-Paul Camous (CTO) and Guy Vermeil (COO), Conztanz offers software and services for the airline and the airport industry to solve loyalty issues, increase customization and revenues per passenger and obtain greater control over their digital strategy.
The company, which posted a turnover of €2m in 2014, offers:
ConztanzONE: an integration platform for airlines which aims to facilitate the connection of different systems and centralizes all of their data.
ONEapps: a marketplace for innovative airlines solutions powered by ConztanzONE, which contains applications for personalization services (CXMapp), business intelligence (BIapp), improved service on board (CREWapp) etc.
Conztanz is now developing the platform for multi-service IT integration between the passenger service systems (PSS) and CRM systems for airlines and airports and is building a contextual marketing component (CXMapp) which, based on the reservation data, check-in data and sometimes unfortunate experiences, can profile customers in real time and enable personalized interaction.
