Apperian Completes $12M Series C Funding Round

Apperian, Inc., a Boston, MA-based mobile application management and security company, completed a $12m Series C funding round.

Backers included new investor First Floor Capital and existing investors Bessemer Venture Partners, Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, North Bridge Venture Partners, Intel Capital and CommonAngels Ventures.

The company intends to use the funds to accelerate growth and further develop the platform adding new security and management capabilities.

Led by Brian Day, CEO, Apperian provides an enterprise-class mobile application management and security platform for the delivery of critical apps to all of users across an organization.
Apperian’s interface offers a private, branded consumer-like enterprise app store that increases mobile app adoption and a comprehensive app management back-end for administrators to protect and manage their business apps and data.
The platform has been used by organizations such as Maxim Integrated Products, NVIDIA, Nationwide, New Balance, and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
