PokitDok Raises $34M in Series B Funding

pokitdokPokitDok, a San Mateo, CA and Charleston, SC-based provider of web services to integrate healthcare transactions into any app, website or product, raised $34 million in series B funding.

The round was led by Lemhi Ventures.

The company intends to use the funds to accelerate business development, marketing and technical support efforts.

Led by Lisa Maki, co-founder and CEO, PokitDok provides cloud-based web services to integrate healthcare transactions into any app, website or product. This includes eligibility checks, claims submissions, scheduling, payment processing, interoperability and medical procedural code reconciliation.
It is used by large group providers, healthcare systems integrators, and telehealth businesses.

The company is also backed by Rogers Venture Partners, New Atlantic Ventures (NAV.VC), Subtraction Capital and angels Zac Zeitlin and Jonathan Sposato.
