Narvar, a San Mateo, CA-based provider of a retail post-purchase experience platform, closed a $10M Series A funding round.
The round was led by Accel with participation from Freestyle Capital, Crosscut Ventures and Commerce Ventures. In conjunction with the funding, Brian O’Malley of Accel will join Narvar’s board.
The company intends to use the funds to expand operations. It is hiring in different areas.
Led by Amit Sharma, Founder and CEO, Narvar provides a SaaS-based platform for retailers to deepen their relationship with customers after they purchase. The solution leverages machine learning to enable deployment and continuous optimization and interfaces with e-commerce platforms and carriers around the world to deliver supply chain analysis and post-purchase options for each brand to drive customer engagement.
