New York-based venture capital and private equity firm Insight Venture Partners closed two funds.
The closings include Insight Venture Partners IX, L.P., a $3.29 billion fund, and Insight Venture Partners Growth-Buyout Coinvestment Fund, L.P., a $1.46 billion co-investment vehicle that will co-invest in control transactions with Fund IX.
Commitments from existing investors contributed a majority of the capital in the new funds.
