gShift, a Barrie, Ontario, Canada-based an all-in-one SEO, social and content analytics and reporting platform, is to acquire SiteCondor, an Austin, Texas-based technology startup that develops website auditing tools for digital agencies and content marketers.
The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Led by Sebastian Brocher, SiteCondor was created out of the growing need for agencies and brands to quickly extract meta information from their clients’ websites.
The acquisition will allow gShift to add capabilities that will enable digital marketers to automatically conduct comprehensive website audits on all of their domains, as well as those of their competitors, to respond to search engine algorithm changes and maximize the discovery of their content across search and social by knowing in advance which content, social channels, and keywords will be most effective for their campaigns, to get access to insight into the performance of content on a brand’s website and across the web.
Led by Krista LaRiviere, cofounder and CEO, gShift provides a Web Presence Analytics Software Platform for brand and agency teams to efficiently understand and improve on the impact and engagement of a company’s content across its web presence.
The company currently serves more than 10,000 brands in 24 countries.
