SemaConnect, a Bowie, Maryland-based provider of commercial electric vehicle charging solutions, completed its $15m third round of financing.
The round was led by Pear Tree Partners, LP.
The company intends to use the funds to expand sales, marketing, customer service and project management resources.
Led by Mahi Reddy, CEO, Mark Pastrone, Vice President, Business Development, Kelly McDermott, Director of Marketing, and Don MacNeil, Director of Sales, SemaConnect is a provider of electric vehicle amenities to the North American commercial and residential property market.
The company has deployed thousands of stations across the United States and Canada, including deployments for CBRE, JLL, Hines, Greystar, Cisco Systems, and Standard Parking, which have integrated charging stations onto the SemaConnect network to outsource the complete management of their EV experience and extend user interaction into their parking lots with green property amenity.
SemaConnect has expanded across twelve local U.S. sales and service field offices in Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Denver, San Diego, Houston, Orlando, Atlanta, Chicago, Washington DC, Long Island, and Boston.
