Mobi, an Indianapolis, IN-based global technology platform for enterprises to manage connected device environments, received a $35m investment from New York-based growth equity firm Bregal Sagemount.
As part of the investment, Bregal Sagemount’s founding partner, Daniel Kim, will join the Board.
The funds will enable the company to expand its position in technology, followed by investment in broader go-to-market strategies, including continued global expansion.
Founded in 2009 by Scott Kraege, CEO, Mobi provides software and services for companies to deploy, secure, support, optimize, monitor, and decommission mobile devices. Its cloud-based software centralizes the management of mobile devices by integrating with wireless carriers, EMMs, corporate IT systems, and third-party technology applications that touch a mobility environment.
