Mirakl, a Paris, France-based online marketplace technology company, closed $20m Series B round of funding.
The round was led by 83North’s Laurel Bowden, Felix Capital’s Frederic Court and Dave Strohm.
The company intends to use the funds to expand adoption of its online marketplace platform to a greater number of B2C and B2B retailers across the globe.
Led by Philippe Corrot, co-founder and CEO, and Adrien Nussenbaum, co-founder and U.S. CEO, Mirakl provides a SaaS suite for retailers to launch their marketplace. B2C customers include Best Buy, GAME, Halfords, Woolworths, Galeries Lafayette and Darty.
In total, Mirakl has 55 customers across 11 countries. It has offices in London and Boston.
