Folio Holdings, a Tampa, Florida-based feature film data analytics and distribution services startup, received a private equity investment of undisclosed amount.
Backers included Atlantic Merchant Capital Investors, LLC and La Ragazza & Associates.
Co-founded by brothers Lee Morrow (CEO) and Travis Morrow (Vice Chairman), Folio provides independent producers of feature films with a range of services for global box office distribution development. Its board includes: Lee Morrow; Travis Morrow; Katie Martin, La Ragazza founder and CEO; Morten Middelfart, Chairman and Founder of Social Quant; Doug Licker, Partner at Atlantic Merchant Capital; and Allan Martin, Chairman and Founder of Atlantic.
