Flock, a San Francisco, CA-based provider of a technology platform that enables small to mid-sized businesses (SMBs) and their employees to simplify HR processes, raised $2m in funding.
Backers were not disclosed.
The company intends to use the funds to expand operations.
Led by Raj Singh, CEO, Flock provides SMBs with a software as a service solution to hire and onboard employees and manage HR compliance. Additionally, it offers tools to manage benefits online via specialized services from existing insurance brokers.
The Flock’s platform is completely free to SMBs and is available to Brokers for a fee.
