Ameyo (Drishti), a Gurgaon, India-based provider of contact center software, raised approx. $5m in Series A funding.
Forum Synergies (India) PE Fund Managers made the investment through IKMF-I. Mr. Samir Inamdar, co-founder MD & CEO of Forum Synergies, will join the Board of Drishti in conjunction of the funding.
Led by Mr. Bishal Kumar, CEO of Drishti (creator of Ameyo.com and TexoCC.com), Ameyo intends to use the funds to expand into the US market and grow offerings in “Cloud Contact Center” and “Sales Acceleration Technology” space.
TexoCC, Drishti’s SAAS offering, was launched in Sep 2014 targeting mid sized Contact Centers and Inside Sales Teams.
