Zopper Secures $20M in Series B Funding

ZopperZopper, a New Delhi, India-based hyper-local mobile marketplace, secured $20m in Series B funding.

Backers included Tiger Global and Nirvana Ventures Advisors.

The company intends to use the funds to bolster its brand presence across 30 cities of the country, hire new people and improve the technology.

Founded by serial entrepreneurs Surjendu Kulia and Neeraj Jain, Zopper is a hyper local mobile marketplace featuring over 5,00,000 offline retailers. Users can buy from their homes/offices and get the product instantly from their nearby trusted stores.
