RezVen Partners, a premier early-stage venture capital firm, announced a new $50m fund.
The new fund, which is being raised through a combination of new and existing investors, will be dedicated to growing technology companies that demonstrate significant potential for reshaping the software and digital and social media landscapes.
Led by managing partners Anderee Berengian and Jim Davis and advised by Brad Martin, Stephanie Horbaczewski and Tamim Mourad, RezVen provides seed and growth-stage venture funding to the most promising software and digital and social media companies. It plans to select disruptive technology companies helping entrepreneurs accelerate revenues through focused business development and sales efforts, and set up internal technology platforms.
The firm is headquartered in Newport Beach, Calif., with offices in Santa Monica.
