GSI Health, a Philadelphia, PA-based national provider of care coordination solutions enabling whole person care, received an investment of undisclosed amount.
Rittenhouse Ventures, a Philadelphia-based venture capital firm that invests in emerging technology companies, provided the funds. In conjunction with the funding, Saul Richter, founder and Managing Partner of Rittenhouse Ventures, will be joining GSI Health’s board of directors.
The company intends to use the funds to continue product innovation and support expansion into new markets across the country.
Led by Lee Jones, CEO, GSI Health provides cloud-based software solutions that offer a view into patient care coordination, enabling providers to manage, analyze, and engage with patients in real-time as they move through the care delivery system.
