Bluebridge, a Fishers, Ind.-based Mobile app platform provider, raised $2m in funding.
The round was led by Cultivation Capital and Allos Ventures with participation from angel investors Bill Godfrey, founder of Aprimo, Scott Dorsey, co-founder and former CEO of ExactTarget and the HALO Investor Group.
The company intends to use the funds to improve its product, further accelerate growth into new market segments and continue to focus on customer success.
Led by Santiago Jaramillo, co-founder and CEO, Bluebridge is a SaaS company that provides a mobile app platform and tools for organizations such as corporate enterprises, churches, tourism bureaus and universities to interact with their audiences through customized mobile apps.
The company is also launching the new version of its proprietary mobile app content management system, the Bluebridge Mobile App Studio, which will allow users to take control of their app management, allowing organizations to update and edit all app content in real time. Users can design, organize and instantly preview their mobile app, integrate third party partner tools such as Facebook, Twitter, and a variety of CRM and CMS tools, manage and send push notifications etc.
Customers include hundreds of organizations including the country of South Africa, Harrison College, Northview Church, Herff Jones, Purdue University, Gatlinburg, Tennessee and Hotbox Pizza.
