Israeli Eucalyptus Growth Capital Launches $300M Late Stage VC Fund

Dadi Perlmutter, Rami Hadar and Tamir-Fishman have formed a Tel Aviv, Israel-based late stage venture capital firm.

With a target of $300M to raise, Eucalyptus Growth Capital will focus on investing in late stage Israeli companies to hemp them grow their business, penetrate international markets and achieve successful IPOs while creating revenues in the $100Ms.

Investment focus will be on companies with experienced management teams that have developed disruptive technologies and can become world leaders in the new Digital Revolution.
The partners will take proactive board seats. An important part of the strategy is the assembly of an advisory board with industry leaders to help portfolio companies scale and penetrate international markets.

The founding partners are:
Dadi Perlmutter, who served as an executive vice president and general manager of the Intel Architecture Group (IAG), and Chief Product Officer of Intel Corporation.
Rami Hadar, who is the former CEO of Allot [NASDAQ:ALLT]. Before Allot, he was the CEO of two other Israeli companies with successful exits; CTP which was acquired by DSPC [NASDAQ:DSPC] and Native Networks acquired by Alcatel [NASDAQ:ALU].
Eldad Tamir, who is the Founder & CEO of the Tamir Fishman Group. He was the sole founder and partner at all TF VC funds that have created Chromatis, Allot, Modem Art, Copergate, Radware and others.
