According to a note, the round was led by MCapital with participation from other private investors.
The company intends to use the funds to invest in expanding its team, software development and launching in Italy.
Founded in 2014, Glickon provides a gamified way to quickly and efficiently filter candidates by skills, letting the most talented candidates in the rough rise to the top. It lets recruiters assess candidates’ skills in as few as 10 questions using dynamic assessment engine, increasing hiring accuracy.
The company’s recruiting solution combines tests about the most in demand skills and game-based assessments that measure how well candidates perform relating to different dimensions of the brain. On the candidate side, they compete for fun, prizes, and jobs. The more candidates play with it, the closer they get to their next job.
