Centro Raises $30M in Series B Funding

centro-logoCentro, a Chicago, IL-based provider of enterprise-class software for digital advertising, raised $30m in Series B funding.

Neuberger Berman Private Equity Funds made the investment and joined existing investor FTV Capital.

The company will use the funds to accelerate the development and expand the adoption of its technology by adding more software development, product development, and sales people, acquire complementary technology in digital media such as programmatic direct, supply-side yield management, video, data management, ad security and others and continue expansion into global markets.

Since 2001, the company has executed nearly 200,000 campaigns across all digital display platforms and ad format types.
It has more than 600 employees in 32 offices across North America.
