Banjo, a Redwood City, Calif.-based social discovery app, has closed $100m Series C funding.
The round was led by Softbank, with participation from BlueRun Ventures.
Led by Damien Patton, Founder and CEO, Banjo is an app that captures everything that’s happening in the world in real-time. It analyzes the social and digital signals when they occur and organizes them by time and location, giving companies ahigh level of understanding about the world around them.
Customers include brands, financial organizations and media companies.
