AppLift Acquires Bidstalk

appliftAppLift, a mobile app marketing platform, acquired Bidstalk, a self-service, white label mobile DSP.

The terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Founded in 2014 by CEO Vaibhav Gupta and CTO Guna Kakulapati and based in Singapore with an additional R&D center in Bangalore, India, Bidstalk provides a proprietary programmatic platform that enables marketers to buy RTB-traded mobile inventory on a self-serve basis.

With the acquisition, AppLift aims to become the global leader for performance-based app marketing. Through the deal, AppLift’s clients will immediately benefit from Bidstalk’s technology infrastructure, which is now integrated into its mobile user acquisition platform DataLift, a performance-focused app marketing platform.
Together with Bidstalk’s headquarters in Singapore, AppLift now counts eight global offices, of which six are in Asia.

Led by Tim Koschella, CEO and Co-founder, AppLift is a mobile app marketing platform that allows mobile app publishers to acquire and re-engage quality users at scale. It works with 500+ global advertisers across all verticals, such as match.com, King, Zynga, OLX, Glu Mobile, Myntra, Paltalk and Tap4Fun.
