Perseus Raises $20.5M from Goldman Sachs

Perseus-logoPerseus, a New York, NY-based managed services provider of high-speed connectivity, raised $20.5m in funding.

Goldman Sachs made the investment for a minority stake in the company.

The company intends to use the funds to expand its global managed services network.

Formed in 2009 and led by Dr. Jock Percy, CEO, Perseus provides managed services for high-speed connectivity to clients spanning the Financial, TMT and iGaming sectors. In 2014, the company released LiquidPath® into the US financial market, and EdgePath™, a fully-managed service that deploys infrastructure for the technology, media, telecoms and iGaming industries.
