Paris, France-based venture capital firm Partech Ventures closed a seed fund, at €60m.
Partech Entrepreneur II is dedicated to investing in technology and internet startups.
The fund will invest between €300k and €1m in 70 startups, around one investment per month in the Silicon Valley, one in France, and one in other European countries.
Partech Ventures had raised a €30m seed fund in 2013.
