Integral Ad Science Acquires Veenome

Integral Ad Science, a global online resource for media buyers and sellers, acquired Veenome, a Fairfax, VA-based video analytics expert.

The amount of the deal was not disclosed with all Veenome employees joining Integral.

Led by Kevin Lenane, Veenome analyzes online videos for quality of content, brand safety, and viewability.

Led by Scott Knoll, CEO, Integral Ad Science operates a valuation platform that allows online advertisers to evaluate the media environment and establishes a TRAQ Score (TRue Advertising Quality), a quantifiable measure of media quality that supports an advertiser’s ability to plan, execute and target their audience in an environment that reflects their brand image and drives ROI.

The company is headquartered in New York with operations in San Francisco, Chicago, London, Berlin, Sydney, Melbourne, Singapore and Paris.
