Vidder Inc., a Campbell, CA-based provider of a platform that stops cyber attacks before they start, closed a $12m Series B financing.
The round was led by LDV Partners (LDVP) with participation from new investor Presidio Ventures and current investors ONSET Ventures and Voyager Capital. In conjunction with the funding, Winston Fu, General Partner at LDVP, joined Vidder’s Board of Directors.
The company intends to use the funds to expand global marketing, sales and customer service.
Led by Mark Hoover, CEO, Vidder has pioneered PrecisionAccess, which provides enterprises with a platform to eliminate credential theft, server exploitation, and connection hijacking by dynamically connecting only trusted and strongly authenticated users to authorized systems.
