mySugr Raises $4.8M in Funding

Backers included Roche Ventures (Basel) and iSeed Ventures (San Francisco & Beijing).

The company intends to use the funds for international growth.

Founded in 2012 by Frank Westermann, CEO, mySugr creates digital health solutions for people with diabetes characterized by the intelligent combination of design, technology, and medical expertise focused on diabetes.
Its diabetes app, mySugr Logbook, has more than 200,000 registered users across US and Europe. The company also operates mySugr Academy, a diabetes education platform.
