LiveLoop, a San Francisco, CA-based online service for sharing PowerPoint presentations and other documents, was acquired by Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT).
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
According to LiveLoop’s site, its service will shut down on April 24. New user registration and presentation upload have been disabled.
Led by Amal Dorai, CEO, and David Nelson, CTO, LiveLoop provides a web application for sharing presentations, running online meetings, and collecting feedback and comments.
The company was backed by Webb Investment Network.
