Madison Logic, a New York City-based provider of B2B marketing solutions powered by Intent, acquired ad platform BBN.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
Following the acquisition, BBN will continue to go to market under the BBN brand name for the immediate future, but the solutions offered by BBN and Madison Logic will be consolidated and sold in a unified way.
