City Hill Ventures invested in the round.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate market expansion and product development.
Led by Kian Saneii, Founder and CEO, Independa offers Independa TV™, a TV with embedded engagement services for the viewer which allows friends and family to take care and remain actively engaged from a distance. Through a strategic partnership with LG Electronics, picture sharing, messaging, video chat, and important calendar reminders can be delivered right on the viewer’s TV with no computers or tablets required.
