etaskretaskr, a Melbourne, Australia-based provider of an enterprise resourcing platform, closed $1.3m in seed funding.

The round was led by Oxygen Ventures.

The company intends to use the funds to hire new people and develop the product.

Founded by Patrick Owens and David Chung in 2013, Etaskr provides an internal and private task marketplace focused on insourcing. It allows users to post tasks to the entire organization, providing a platform to connect and collaborate on work outside employees’ silos. Staff can browse the taskboard to find tasks or receive notifications of tasks matched to them via a matching engine.
