E8 Security, a Redwood City, Calif.-based provider of cyber security analytics solutions, closed a $9.8m Series A funding.
The round was led by March Capital Partners, with participation from Allegis Capital and The Hive.
The company intends to use the funds to further product development, currently in private beta with several large domestic and international organizations, while also expanding its engineering and development teams.
Led by Ravi Devireddy, co-founder and CEO, E8 Security combines big security data, behavior modeling and multi-dimensional analysis for detecting threats active inside the enterprise security perimeter.
