CircleBack, Inc., a Vienna, VA-based contact intelligence company that enhances the way businesses and consumers maintain relationships through a CRM data application, received a credit facility from Square 1 Bank.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The company intends to use the funds to continue to grow operations.
Led by founder and chief executive officer Manoj Ramnani, CircleBack has developed a patented engine that leverages artificial intelligence algorithm to process billions of data points from millions of users every day to bring accuracy to contact data and allow individuals and organizations to keep this data clean, up to date and complete. The company offers an iOS and web based solution for consumers to maintain contact quality in their address book and updates information directly into corporate contact databases.
