BetterIt Communications, a Denver, CO-based startup developing a SAAS technology for businesses to interact with their customers, completed an initial seed round of funding.
The round, which was led by VC firm Redwood Capital Ventures, valued the company at $3m.
The company intends to use the funds to market its flagship product to select markets across the country.
BetterIt Communications specializes in the creation of technology products that drive collaborative problem solving and value creation. It provides a mobile-first platform, called BetterIt, which allows users to leave anonymous feedback for any business in under 30 seconds and encourages businesses to reward this feedback.
Ultimately, this process allows the business to provide a better customer experience, as well as strengthen the relationship with its customers, leading to increased loyalty and positive word-of-mouth.
