ScienceLogic Raises $43M in Series D Funding

ScienceLogic, a Reston, VA-based IT monitoring software provider, raised $43m in Series D venture capital round.

The round was led by Goldman Sachs with participation from current investors NEA and Intel Capital.

The company intends to use the funds to accelerate sales, marketing, product development, and growth into international market.

Led by Dave Link, CEO, ScienceLogic provides enterprises and governments with IT monitoring products architected to meet Hybrid IT monitoring requirements, across multi-clouds environments.
It automatically discovers the entire on and off-premise infrastructure, visually mapping the cross-technology and cross-cloud dependencies, and applying monitoring policies, this providing a complete visibility and understanding into the health and availability of legacy systems and public cloud infrastructure.
The platform is used by over 20,000 global Service Providers, enterprises, and government organizations.
