Jahia Completes €20M Funding

JAHIA2Jahia, a Geneva, Switzerland-based open source User Experience Platform (UXP) vendor, completed a €20m (approximately $22.5m) funding round.

The investment was made by Invus.

The company intends to use the funds to:
– develop its visibility through targeted marketing operations
– accelerate its distribution strategy and partnerships
– strengthens its presence in several countries, especially in North America and Europe, and
– double its global workforce by 2015.

Founded in 2002 and led by Elie Auvray, CEO and President, Jahia is an open source User Experience Management solutions vendor. Its products aim to streamline enterprise digital projects across all channels and accelerate corporate-wide deployments have a look at them here.

The company, which has its North American headquarters in Washington DC, with offices in Chicago, Toronto and throughout Europe, serves hundreds of global brands and governmental organizations (such as the European Parliament, Samsung, Sodexo, Europcar, Abercrombie & Fitch, or HomeAway) in more than 20 countries.
